Convenient app with fast service
This mobile carrier app is super convenient! What I like the most is the ability to chat 1:1 with customer service via KakaoTalk. It saves me time because I don’t have to call the hotline, and the responses are quick and helpful. I can also easily check my bills and data usage right in the app. I’m looking forward to seeing even more improvements like this in the future!
