Unusable product and poor customer service
This product is not usable from US and the customer service is poor.
My experience: after completing the subscription purchase (confirmed in Apple Subscriptions), the app continued to display a “Next” button. When I tapped it, the app prompted me to subscribe again, as if the payment had not been recognized. This issue is frustrating and disrupts the user experience.
I canceled the subscription from iPhone right away. Apple ignored my cancellation and still charged me. So I disputed the charges on Apple Payment. Two days later, the app (豆包国际版) declined my request. ;-(
