It needs several important updates
The app lacks some basic features. For example, it needs to reorganize its menus and restaurant categories, similar to apps like Toters or others. It also needs to add restaurant ratings and separate ratings for drivers, as well as direct contact or in-app messaging with drivers. Electronic payment methods like Mastercard and Zain Cash, along with a cash option, should be supported. Notifications should be enabled for restaurant cancellations due to unavailability or depletion of stock. A return option is also needed; currently, when I enter a restaurant and want to exit and enter another, I can't. Finally, support messages for reporting order delays or problems should be provided. These are the most basic requirements I've seen missing from this app.
