FAQ
How does 拍档 match tennis partners?
拍档 uses a smart matchmaking system that considers your NTRP skill level (within ±0.5), your GPS distance to other players, and available playing times. This ensures you find compatible partners without manually browsing lists or joining groups.
What is the NTRP calibration in 拍档?
After playing three rated games, your NTRP skill level is calibrated by the system. This helps to ensure accuracy and prevent situations where players overestimate their actual skill level.
How does the credit system in 拍档 work?
拍档 features a four-dimensional credit system that tracks your technical skill, reliability in showing up for matches, sportsmanship, and participation in charity events. Your credit score is automatically updated based on your check-ins and match履约 (fulfillment).
Does 拍档 have ads?
No, 拍档 does not contain advertisements. The core matchmaking and partner-finding features are free and unlimited for all users.
What are the benefits of 拍档 Pro?
拍档 Pro offers advanced features such as more frequent 'Want to invite them' invitations, detailed NTRP trend analysis, deeper game statistics, exclusive themes, avatar halos, and more privacy controls. These are optional enhancements to the free core features.
How can I cancel my 拍档 Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are auto-renewing and can be managed or canceled at any time in your Apple Account settings under 'Subscriptions'. Cancellation can be done up to 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
