Huansi Trade Cloud is a general-purpose low-code mobile client for opening mobile pages and authorized workspaces published by different organizations. It is not an internal app for one fixed company or one fixed employee group. Organizations can publish low-code mobile pages from their own servers or private business environments. Users can open the corresponding pages through QR codes, shared links, invitation links, or authorized workspace binding. These pages may include product information, document viewing, information forms, service entries, business inquiry pages, or private organization workspaces. A public user does not need to know an organization code or server address in advance. The user may scan a QR code at a booth, store, brochure, product package, or business document to access a customer page. After access, the app saves recent visit records on the device and groups them by customer space, so users can revisit pages from multiple customers later. For authorized users such as employees, suppliers, distributors, partners, and customers, the app supports access to the corresponding organization workspace. After sign-in, users can use forms, approvals, reports, messages, document viewing, and business data inquiry features according to the organization's configuration and account permissions. Page structures, fields, workflows, menus, and permissions are configured by each organization's own server. The app does not provide a centralized store directory and does not centrally host each organization's business data. Customer pages, form content, business records, and permission controls are managed by the corresponding customer server. The app stores only the access entries, recent visits, authorization status, device login logs, and operation information necessary for the app features, as described in the privacy policy. Huansi Trade Cloud is suitable for multi-customer, multi-organization, and multi-role scenarios, including visitor QR access, customer information viewing, supplier or distributor collaboration, partner access, and authorized organization workspaces for employees.
