About
When your alarm goes off, record a moment you’re grateful for.
Turn the alarm that wakes up your day into a habit that cares for your mind, too.
Gratitude combines alarms with a gratitude journal.
By writing down something you’re grateful for before dismissing the alarm, you can naturally build a daily journaling habit that’s easy to maintain.
It doesn’t have to be anything extraordinary.
A warm cup of coffee, a cozy moment with your cat, or a message from someone you missed—any small moment that stayed with you today is enough.
■ Dismiss Your Alarm with a Gratitude Mission
When your alarm goes off, take a moment to record something you’re grateful for.
Leave a short reflection at the beginning or end of your day and gradually build a habit of gratitude.
You can record up to three grateful moments at a time.
Even a single short sentence is enough.
■ Fill Your Calendar with Hearts
Each day you write a gratitude entry, a heart appears on your calendar.
Watch the hearts add up and see how consistently you’ve taken time to reflect on your day.
Quickly review the days you recorded and the moments you appreciated, and keep building a gratitude routine that works for you.
■ Discover What Matters to You
As your journal grows, Gratitude organizes the people, experiences, and moments that appear repeatedly in your entries.
Discover where you find happiness and comfort—whether it’s relationships, everyday joys, peaceful rest, nature, or a quiet walk.
See how many days you’ve reflected and how many grateful moments you’ve recorded, then take a closer look at where your heart has been lately.
■ Gratitude Reminders That Fit Your Routine
Set gratitude reminders for the time that works best for you.
Even on a busy day, take a moment to pause and remember something you appreciated.
If you haven’t written for a few days, Gratitude can send you a one-time reminder to help you begin again.
Notifications can be turned on or off anytime in Settings.
