Create a room, pick a display name, and have the other person scan your QR code to join instantly. ■ What you can do • Edit notes together in real time (you can see who's writing what) • Draw together on a shared whiteboard — pen, eraser, text, undo/redo included • Send files on the spot; the other person saves them to their device in one tap ■ Built with privacy in mind • Invites only happen by scanning a QR code in person — you can't connect with a stranger • Leave the room, or close the tab, and that room's contents can never be opened again • Nothing you share — notes, drawings, files — is stored on a server; it goes straight to the other device ■ Good for • Working out an idea together with a friend, on the spot • Explaining something while you sketch it out live • Handing a photo or document straight to someone's device In places with an unstable connection, or where devices can't connect directly because of network settings, ShareBoard may route content through a relay server instead (nothing is stored there either). Using the relay requires a subscription plan, which includes 20GB of relay traffic per month. Without a plan, every feature still works fully in a direct-connection environment.
