Shahla is a marketplace for existing, running small businesses in Saudi Arabia — bakeries, salons, gyms, coffee shops, oud ateliers — listed by their owners to find a partner, an investor, or a buyer. Please note before downloading: the entire app is in Arabic and built right-to-left, for the Saudi market. There is no English interface. The numbers come first. Every listing declares the asking price, monthly revenue, monthly profit and monthly expenses up front, alongside real photos of the actual business and its location on a map. You decide whether a business is worth a conversation before you ever pick up the phone. Shahla does not verify or audit the figures owners declare, and does not guarantee any deal — the numbers are the owner's declaration, and due diligence is yours. Contact happens strictly on the owner's terms. Each owner chooses in-app chat, a phone call, or both. The phone number is released only by server-side permission, and owners who prefer an approximate location show a radius circle on the map instead of an exact address. No payments of any kind happen inside the app. Shahla is where the listing, the offers and the conversation live. Money moves outside, directly between the parties. For buyers and investors Browse listings by category, or open the map to see pins for businesses near you with a budget ceiling filter. Send an offer, negotiate it, and track where every offer stands. Share any listing to WhatsApp or Snapchat as a designed card or a link that opens straight back inside the app. For owners A six-step listing flow walks you through the details, the financials, the photos, the location precision you're comfortable with, and how you want to be contacted. It ends with a 2.5% commission pledge you sign before publishing — settled outside the app, and only after a deal actually closes. Nothing is charged to list. Offers, handled cleanly Receive offers, counter them, and accept the one you want. Accepting an offer automatically declines the rest with a reason, so no one is left waiting on an answer. Account and privacy Sign in with your e-mail address and a six-digit code we e-mail you — no password. Delete your account from inside the app at any time, and your listings, offers and personal data are removed immediately.
