Arctica Driver is an internal staff app for the drivers of Arctica, a bottled-water delivery company (18.9 L bottles). It is not meant for customers: the only way in is a personal 6-digit code issued by the company operator. What the app does: • The driver's day: stops in visiting order, amount and payment method for each one, call the customer or start navigation in one tap. • Visiting order: drag stops to reorder them; the road route is calculated automatically. • Map of the day with numbered stops. • Delivery record: what was handed over, how many empty bottles were collected, payment by cash, card or bank transfer. • Vehicle stock: full bottles of each kind, empties and goods currently on board; loading and unloading with a reason. • Driver's cash: how much cash is on hand, report for the day. • Works offline: every record is kept on the phone and sent as soon as the connection is back. • Notifications about new and changed orders.
