申请先50美元开户。然后网上支付全部失败。想转帐到自己银行卡要求认证。上传照片身份证说审核不通过。又要求要3个月银行流水账单！各位不要上当受骗了！

几乎就是骗子。最终找到花掉余额的办法是在美亚购买gift card。

这个全球付是在骗大陆人的钱，用下面这个条款，可以直接把大陆人钱给冻结，然后，就没有然后了……大陆人还能去HK打官司吗？！
“另外, 官网条款中提及

12.1 本公司有权随时暂停、终止及∕或注销全球付及∕或任何服务及∕或不批准任何拟进行之交易，而毋须通知及陈述理由。

本公司不会承担因本公司采取该等行动而直接或间接引致之任何损失或损害。

暂停持卡人的卡的使用权是因为这次交易需要持卡人的协助解答, 当尽职审查完成后, 我司会尽快解除锁卡状态至正常。”
