A dying game thanks to its greedy developers
just spent a pile of gems and only got duplicates of the same 15 heroes even though there are a total of 70 heroes available in the game…
then I went on to open those heroes (about 200 cards) in order to get better talents, but interestingly enough NOT ONE of the heroes got a better talent than 2/5 or 2/8!!!
This is simply outrageous as their so called customer support always claims “all these things are RANDOM”…. yeah sure, it’s so random that 90% of the times you will get the WORST POSSIBLE REWARD, 9% you get the second worst, 0.9% you have a chance to get the mediocre stuff, about 0.09% to get something nearly decent, and not more than 0.01% to get something thats actually good….
no wonder so few people playing this game and more and more leaving every day!!
also there are some other things an other reviewer mentioned and because I completely agree with all of the feedback I will include it as well:
-their Customer Support is still by far the worst on this planet: reps who don’t care about your issue whatsoever and only working towards getting rid of you as soon as, with made up obvious lies, and there is simply nothing you can do about it as their “Complaints Department” is run by the exact same team as the Customer Support so you’d be complaining to the same person as your complaint is about..
need to mention however that instead of working towards this to raise customer satisfaction, they instead created a SEPARATE support line for BIG SPENDERS ONLY where they actually listen to your problems and try to help you… (you would need to have spent over £50.000!!!!!!!!!)
so if any Free-To-Play players reading this, you can see now how much they don’t care about you, so you might as well delete the game now as there is no way to keep up…
-the new 7-Day Sign-In system is absolute joke! only can get crap items like Soulstone Trunks and Arena Cards like anyone need them
-Guild sign-in and Salary are completely useless additions, like who the heck needs the 50 Guild credits daily OR the 1000 Merits a week?!?!
-Labyrinth rewards are a joke, even if it was possible to compete without having £40K spent on the game the rewards are so useless there still wouldn’t be a point to spend a few hours of your life on it…
-New gem purchase achievements are a joke to their respective amounts! Are you being serious IGG you giving out a bloody “Primary Hero Card I” for buying a total of 2.200.000 GEMS?!?!?!?! That card was already useless when I only bought 50.000 gems, not over 2 million! like what the heck were you thinking???
-Quick setup is still not fixed: without Crests setup it’s just as useless as if it wasn’t ever implemented because you will still have to open Heroes Altar to set up crests…
-Still no update on Crest Management (we still have to mess around keeping hundreds of crests on dupe heroes instead of getting a way of properly do this)
-Also still no option to have presets for ALL different game modes like there is for Arena (the ability to predefine Crest, Pet, Artifact setups for every game mode) which to set up every time actually takes up 80% of game time and is extremely annoying and also the community been asking this to be fixed for the past 2 years constantly yet developers still don’t care…
-New arena rules are a joke, rewards are ridiculous for the invested energy as the whole week of battles is actually decided in the last 20 minutes when everyone uses their cards to get to the top, just like with Torch battle, which meant to be a 12 hr long event, but in fact is played only n the last 15 minutes by EVERYONE playing this game
-World chat is still not dismantled even though it’s literally a forum for underage boys and girls and pedophiles who claim to be underage boys or girls to ask each other for nudes, great addition!!!!
-Soulstones, again were added to give F2P players a way to get their heroes without spending thousands, but they forgot to tell you that the heroes you actually want (Gem only and Event heroes) are only in Soulstone BAGS and not in Trunks, but the bags you can only purchase
-also hero cards, which were also meant to have been created to help f2p players, but instead of updating them to have the, include recent heroes as well, they just go ahead and create new ones of these two like “Primary Hero Card II” instead of updating “Primary Hero Card I” and obviously these new creations you can only BUY…. how surprising….
-Also there are a number of bugs their customer support simply denies the existence of!! Like the Trixie Treat issue, she freezes if attacked by Gunslingers Copters when doing raids/guild wars, the same with Rockno, who also freezes, but they deny it even though there was more than enough evidence provided, but as said above they just dismiss you with lies and because they don’t have a proper Customer Support neither a Complaints Department you simply can do nothing! Also there is the Arena Defence issue, since the last update the pets simply disappear from your defence team after you set it up and there is simply no solution.. Provided video of showing bug, support simply denied it and said there is nothing wrong and nothing you can do…
so as you see, this company is a disgrace and should be avoided, but definitely not spent any money on!

Cannot enter the game
since the last update (1.7.3) on july 18, I cannot enter into the game anymore. I thought that with the new update (1.7.4) on july 25, the issue would have been fixed, but nope. Please fix it, thank you.

This is the worst game in the world, they do not give you the technical support needed to solve your problems, and this problem in all servers! If the time in the problem does not wait for them to resolve because they will not do so, I try to communicate with them from more than 3 months, and was not resolved my problem or look at them, and did not respond to any of them! They do not care about the user, he is just a clueless customer that is not helped after purchasing!

Cool game butt hard to get the heros you get lame heros and cool. My brother gets cool heros but I get lame heros. And my 7 year old brother jest got the game and he got the best hero ever!!!!!!! I want it😭. But besides the heros I thank the game is good.

I love this game, but I also love how when I was looking through reviews not one Japanese comment was in the list. That's just funny to me, but anyway it's a great game. If you like this go check out the English version which you can actually read 😝 but this is mostly used by advanced players who don't need to look at text to know what the thing is that they are seeing.
