Never saw an app can be this useless and bring trouble to peoples life
Face authentication failed
I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 26.6 and the latest version of the app (8.4.2) in the United States. Face authentication in the app consistently fails with the message “Face authentication failed. Unable to access the service.”
However, face authentication works successfully through the 随申办 mini program in WeChat on the same iPhone and network.

Very Bad Design
You can almost do nothing because it is so slow and have all kinds of different errors pop out when using.

加载速度巨慢，读条半天不动一下，很确定不是我的网络问题，如果连上海市政府的app都这个样子，那其他地方更不敢想。写程序的人要从用户角度出发，这个破软件我是想给负分的，如果可以的话，太丢人了

据说可以远程授权，一切流程走完，到最后签字提交，提示需要面部识别，还要眨眼睛，然后几秒后告诉你系统繁忙、超时、稍微再试。。。重新提交，对准镜头，眨眼睛。。。循环往复
