خلل في التطبيق

اشتريت جميع نسخ هذه النطبيقات منذ ست سنوات،, لكن منذ سنتين لا تعمل هذه التطبيقات على الآيباد ولا الآيفون، مرة يتوقف عن التحميل ولا يكمل ومرة يقول لي هذه التطبيقات غير متاحة في بلدك!! كيف سمحتم لي بشرائها وكيف تلوه غير متاحة في بلدي.
