应该用3万一张的回国机票解决下app的bug
这个app可能没有经过测试。就像搜索回国机票一样，让人心堵。可以用3万回国机票赚到的钱，更新一下这个app。

你跟我说说这是什么垃圾航空，买票时770元，不能托运行李，然后890的可以托运行李。要交钱了，还没票了，过一会涨价到1200有票，一模一样的经济舱，还是不能托运行李，趁早倒闭得了

怎么没有0星啊！这个APP太给中国人丢人了。

这么大一个航空公司就这？页面加载的我尿急。每次登陆都要重新输验证码。配图和上个世纪的一样，一会儿图片验证码出来个高糊画质的空姐让我把她脸移到对应位置？退票手续费高，客服爱答不理，一副工资没发够的样子。搜索页面极其不智能，没有范围检索，速度还慢，加载页面的时间估计飞机能飞走了。

这家公司没有免费托运行李额，发现订错票后马上打客服电话，找各种理由不给退款，无奈最后重新买了其他大航空公司的票。这种小航空公司起了个高大上的名字，实际上却是各种坑顾客，没有担当。Worst airline I ever dealt with! Never purchase one single ticket from this company again!

Terrible service!!! Nightmare!!
I booked a flight about a month ago for a round trip for Jinan and Lijiang for my mom and myself. The nightmare happened on the day on my return trip to Jinan on May 12th, 2018. Just merely 3 hours before departure time, I got a phone call from capital airline informing me my flight was canceled without detail explanation. It goes without saying that there was no way I could book any other direct flight. It took me hours and hours to rebook my flight. Finally, it took me more than RMB5,000 to book another non direct flight back to home. When I got home, it is already 4:00 Am of May 13. What is more horrible is during the entire process, we didn’t got any help. Even thought I told them my mom is 78 years old and had both knee replacements a couple years ago. After coming back, I tried to reach relevant team from airline to get my case settled by talking with the relevant staff and her supervisor. Though I was promised for feedback yesterday, unfortunately, I haven’t got any call back by now till May 14th. I wouldn’t recommend any people to take Beijing Capital Airlines!!!
