Awful service. Could not recommend this service to anyone. Ever.
I recently used this company to return a Washing Machine to the seller. In transit, the washing machine was damaged to the extent the seller refused to accept it. I paid DeBang for insurance in case the washing machine was damaged for any reason, in their care, during transit. After the washing machine was refused and damaged, this company’s response was to give me 10% of the insurance that the washing machine was covered for, which is less than half of what I originally had paid them to deliver it. So the result is that I’ve now paid this company, just so they could break my package, and refuse a refund, and give me $20 for my troubles.
Move it yourself, find one of the thousands of identical companies on WeChat, or the App Store. But desperately avoid DeBang at all costs.
这个是骗局。其他的快递公司比德邦好得多。他们的服务不好，客服也不好。保险不是真的。真的先用其他的公司，然后自己快递，如果真的没有别的选择你应该好不用德邦。
