Отвратительная работа

Ужасная работа водителей, диспетчеров, разработчиков приложений! такси, куда я буду обращаться в последнюю очередь!

5 минут - слишком много!, чтобы подождать клиента

Вызывал такси заранее - с вечера, утром нужно было в аэропорт на рейс. Заказ был на 07.45, водитель приехал вовремя. В 07.49 мне позвонил диспетчер, спросил, где я. Я уже спускался в лифте. Выйдя из подъезда ровно в 07.50, я обнаружил, что автомобиля уже нет!позвонил диспетчеру, который заявил, что водитель решил дальше не ждать, так как время - деньги… я готов был оплатить ожидание, но они решили просто отменить мой заказ. Повторюсь, нужно было в аэропорт, на рейс! Зная это, они всё же решили поступить таким образом, печально. Пришлось срочно искать другое такси.
