后期服务不好

我是花了50元钱买的新约和旧约中文朗读本，当我一阵子没听，后来又开始准备听时，却听不了了，总显示恢复以前购买内容，我照做了后还是听不了，真是郁闷无语，发邮件联系也没有回音和结果。哎，都这年代了，还有这样的服务！差评差评！！！
