Конфликт приложения с привязкой номера

В личном кабинете невозможно добавить номер телефона +7(771)… оператор Билайн KZ. Находимся в Байконуре, город российский, но дислоцируется на территории Казахстана, поэтому и оператор KZ

Пополнение стим:)

Пополнил стим моментально, без каких либо проблем, даже банк очивку дал:) Видно что негативные отзывы давнишнее. У меня на iOS 18.1 все работает и в стим деньги переходят в моменте.
Отправил 50 рублей пришло 45- копейки по сравнению с другими площадками где берут по 100+. Отправка на любой аккаунт,я лично пополнил и российский и казахский и все работает.
