You can grow your company by tapping on employees to assign them work, which increases revenue. Additionally, using limited 'orders from above' can rapidly boost your company's growth. This process helps you expand your business and become more 'black'.
'Black points' are accumulated by having your employees work. You can then use these points to hire new employees, increasing your workforce and improving the efficiency of your operations. This is a core mechanic for expanding your black company.
If your company goes bankrupt, you don't lose all your progress. Your accumulated 'black points' are retained, allowing you to continue hiring employees and rebuilding your business. You can then try again to create the ultimate black company.
