Not the best but isn't the worst either
I have used many resources online and with the actual Idaho study materials. The way, the questions are formatted in this app, they don't really use the actual vocabulary terms that Idaho requires you to memorize.
A lot of the questions don't really use the same verbiage as the Idaho Real Estate study book. Which isn't really preparing you to pass the test. This study guide primarily helps you have a better understanding of real estate- like what are different types of loans or understanding some deed vs mortgage questions. The problem is, most of the Idaho exams cover Agency and Licensee laws and education. I suggest that they add those to this app to make it more worthwhile for the cost. I feel like I wasted my money.
