Idaratech PM puts your projects and tasks in your pocket. Built for teams already working in the Project Management module of Idaratech ERP, the app does more than show you where things stand. You can create work, edit it, break it down, and attach what it needs — all from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO Find any project fast The Projects tab lists every project you have access to, colour-coded and easy to scan. Search by name to jump straight to the one you need. Work a project's task list Open a project to reach its tasks, grouped by status with a live count on each group, so the shape of the work is obvious at a glance. Filter by status, priority, assignee, or date range, and search by task name. Create and edit tasks wherever you are Add a task from inside a project or straight from My Tasks. Open any task and edit every field on it — title, description, status, priority, assignee, dates, milestone — and delete it when plans change. Break work down properly Add subtasks to any task, then add checklist items for the smaller steps inside them. The detail that usually waits until you are back at a desk gets captured while it is still fresh. Attach the files that matter Upload documents from your device straight onto a task, following the same file rules as the web app. No more emailing things to yourself to upload later. See your own workload in My Tasks My Tasks gathers everything assigned to you across every project, grouped into Past, Today, Next day, Next week, and Completed. One screen answers what needs you now and what is coming. Stay informed as things move Notifications reach you both inside the app and as push alerts on your device — when a task is assigned to you, when a due date shifts, when a file lands on your work, or when you are added to a project. Tap one to open the task behind it. Your access, your view Permissions follow the roles your organization already uses — Admin, PM Manager, Member, and Project Viewer. Each role does on mobile exactly what it does on web, and view-only users stay view-only. Arabic and English Full support for both languages, including complete right-to-left layout. Planning views — the Kanban board, Gantt timeline, and project dashboards — remain in the web app. REQUIREMENTS Idaratech PM requires an active Idaratech ERP account with access to the Project Management module.
