Terrible
I want to give it zero stars but that’s not possible so I give it one. It’s a piece of junk. Every single person who’s got the app cannot even upload their photos from their camera to their phone which was the whole point.

I made a whole video for my sister’s wedding and i literally can’t download it bcs of the wifi. i did the same thing as a comment from july—i deleted the app, forgot the wifi on my phone, did more and more things and nothing. i need this video by December omg… please fix this!!!!!!!
App Doesn’t Connect
Literally like every single other review the WiFi for the camera will not connect to the app. On iPhone, it’ll show a blue checkmark beside the name and then the top right corner, LTE will change to the WiFi symbol to be fully connected. The blue checkmark is there, but it never actually connects. Called customer service and they weren’t help (shocker). I’m returning the camera.

Use your phone charger
Was having issues with getting my content off the camera but then I connected my phone charger directly to the camera and I was able to save them to the phone with no problem

I see that everyone is having problem and i had this for over a year now and it was working perfectly fine until im writing this it does seem to connect to my phone i really really this photo and im about vacation and i wanted to bring this camera but now that im having trouble with it i don’t think I would want to use it because there is know point if i cant even transfer it to my phone I tried disconnecting the WiFi I tried deleted the app a bunch of times and nothing is working and i really need this photo it is an important photo for me and it just doesn’t work i hope this app can get a upgrade and work better and faster and not so slow so please upgrade this app so i can get this important photo thank you

wont connect
worked fine for the first few months, but once i updated the app, my phone wouldnt connect to the camera and i cant download anything anymore. please fix this!!

It hasn’t been a week since i had this camera the cam is fine but the app wont start like how am I supposed download my pics now
App Functionality
The app only allows me to connect to camera and see through lenses perspective. i was under the impression that i’d be able to transfer photos from the camera to my phone but I’m not able to do the the app does read the camera memory i guess.
Wifi app
I just got this camera and I’ve been trying to connect the app for at least 2 hours, and it has not been working as seriously hope you guys can fix this because I really want to test this feature out, but I really can’t do that. If it doesn’t even work it won’t even connect to my phone.

There’s no way to get your pictures from the camera to your phone, does not work for me at all sadly.

I’ve purposely bought a camera that had a wifi connection capability but sadly this is the only app it operates with. It’s slow to load, hard to connect with at times and to make matters worse the download speed are horrible for even the smallest videos. i would say before it did pretty good but there’s no proof of wanting to make improvement

the Wi-fi
So i’ve had this camera for almost a year, and it was working fine back in September. However, there is a problem with the wifi that I noticed everyone is having. It refuses to connect to my phone, and I seriously need it to connect in order to get some photos of me & my bf (we are now long distance and he wants these photos as well). I really do hope you guys fix this, I don’t think that whoever is updating this app is intelligent since they cant even spell “change” right OR put words into proper sentences.

Horrible
This app refuses to connect to my camera and WiFi. I received this for Christmas and was ecstatic when I found out it could connect photos to my phone. I’ve tried multiple times to try and connect it, but it keeps saying that it cannot be connected even though I am sure my WiFi is secure. Just do yourself a favor and buy a better camera with an app that actually works.

Connected to Wifi and still not working
I tried deleting app and add wifi over and over, just wont work. Needs an update to work

I had to get a new iPhone last week due to all iPhone working when it wanted to. Old iPhone had zero trouble connecting to the app. New iPhone refuses to connect to the app. 50% of the reason I chose this camera was because of digital photos. 50% being able to connecting to the app and adding photos to my phone without a computer.
