This app makes ordering really easy, I prefer the app as you know it’s ideal world you are ordering off rather than a fake website made to look like ideal world. Only issue you can’t track your reward points

Surprise refund.
I ordered a 50ft garden hose last week but when it arrived none of the adapters would get the hose onto the outside tap. No matter what combination of male and female parts that I tried it simply wouldn't come together, so when I reviewed it I only gave the product 2 stars. Because I slightly damaged one of the connectors I didn't bother to ask for a refund.
Today I received a call from Ideal Worlds customer service apologising for the experience I received, the guy instantly offered me a refund there and then. I was on the phone for less than 60 seconds and was left quite gobsmacked. There aren't that many companies that would do that these days, so hats off to you Ideal World for your good turn.

When I go onto tv ideal world,WHY does the volume flare up and deafen you??
I grab the remote and then need to alter the volume again on another programme
The presenters are unprofessional and have screechy childish voices and hold long conversations with people off set

Unfortunately, Ideal World has gone into administration as at 5th July. Such a shame for all concerned. I’ve bought many items over the past 23 years. The app was not very good or easy to use but that no longer matters now. It’s an end of an era for shopping TV. 🥲

Don’t bother with this app it’s useless, won’t load up properly nor show account details etc. Can’t be used tbh utterly useless and I’m a regular customer of Idealworld

Watch Live launches automatically on the Home Screen and there’s no way to stop it. Just for that, I’m deleting the app. God knows who though that’d be a good idea 🤦🏽♂️
