Offline maps don't work when you pay
App does not deliver what is promised for paying customers. API for offline maps is discontinued.

Better than nothing
For some reason years ago Evernote dropped the ability to search for Notes by map location. And for the life of me none of the other note taking apps have this ability. Google keep, bear, Evernote.
So I count my blessings when this app partially works but the interfaces really awkward. Hopefully I will approve this out. Looks like the last update was over a year ago.

Can’t get logged in
I just purchased a new 10.5 iPad Pro and it will not allow me to login. I deleted and reinstalled, but nothing changed. Can you offer thoughts?
needs Google integration and video capture
Admirable app for integrating with Evernote and having a relatively non-clumsy interface. But it could also expand on Evernote better, for example by allowing video capture, and integrating with Google Photos and Google Drive. App is also not lately updated substantially and I am concerned about laziness on the company’s part. No time to rest on your laurels!

Atlas replacement
I was a user of this app since before Evernote removed their own built-in Atlas, but with that feature unceremoniously dropped this app has become indispensable.

Great app! Easy and simple to use, its a great way to keep places you don't want to forget in order and its actually free!

I am so happy I found this app. I have been looking for something that would do what this does for years, and I just happened to come across it. For individuals who want to attach any amount of information to any place, this is the app to use.
Development seems to have stopped
This app is so very useful but I'm giving it only two stars because development seems to have stopped. It is not been updated for iOS 9 and there is no watch app for it which would be the perfect tool for this app.
Great, still needs some polish
Love this app! Very convenient for documenting your travel and I haven't found anything else like it. Adds a feature sorely missing in google maps. Navigating the app could be more intuitive (I somehow end up with 2 entries when trying to add photos, for example) and text alignment on my iPhone 6s Plus has some issues. I hope the author will continue to refine it. Highly recommended.

Best Evernote companion app yet.
I travel and use this app for work. It is very easy to use and works well when needing to take multiple pictures at different sites. Makes remembering details for reports a breeze. Works for any type of note: text, audio, and photos, multiples of each and combinations. You don't even NEED an Evernote account to use it, that's how good it is all on its own.
I have had two or three minor questions that I emailed the developer about. Every time he answered me within 30 minutes, once, he answered within two minutes. I can't say enough about the dedication, availability, and willingness to discuss ANY proposed improvements of this developer. He is top notch, very refreshing to experience after dealing with some of the developers on the App Store. 6 stars in my book. Try it and see for yourself.

This is the app!
As an Evernote user, where I made a note is just as critical to the note's content. This app has become critical to my workflow in the field and the office. In addition to professional use, I use this app for personal reasons as well! The developer is totally committed to the end user experience and very responsive to support and feature requests. Great app!!! This is Evernote's perfect partner!

Dev righted their wrong quickly
When I found out my previous IAP turned to nothing, I was angry, not necessarily but rightfully.
So I electronically yelled at the dev through iTunes "report a problem". The dev almost immediately sent me an email telling me that my account is now properly registered as VIP.
Could have handled the migration better, but I applaud for quick response.

Great travel tool!
I have been using this app to plan a trip abroad and it has been sooo useful. First, I clip articles from blogs and travel sites to notebooks in my Evernote. Next, I link my Evernote to IdeaPlaces and filter the notebooks I want to see. Then, I assign locations to those notes. Now, I can see all my notes laid out as pins on the map. This simplifies planning itineraries and choosing hotels that are centrally located to the places I want to visit. Plus, instead of stuffing my daybag full of maps and travel guides, I can just bring my ipad with me!
The IdeaPlaces developers are really friendly and responsive. I only downloaded the app maybe a month ago, and in that time there have been several updates, at least one of which was influenced by the feedback I gave them. If you have difficulties with the app or have an idea to improve it, tell them! They *want* your feedback.

Cool App
And really like the idea and potential of this app. Intuitive and user-friendly.
The only downside is it can be a little slow at times. I use it for work to document issues in the field. It would be a nice feature to have multiple maps in a future upgrade.

Nice for location notes
Very handy for taking notes tied to specific locations. Have had a few glitches trying to edit addresses / notes but overall works great for the work I'm doing with it.
Amazing way to use Evernote!
This is definitely my new favourite way to find my notes in Evernote. I was able to relive my trips all around the US. Creating notes is pretty fast too!

... For a long time. I needed an easy way to track where I've been or where I would like to go and save it to Evernote and this is a solution.
