Great Smart Clock Functionality
Love the Smart Clock functionality to send Messages to my 95 year old mother. The note function in the app allows me to place a message (such as letting her know the date and time I will be coming to visit on her Smart Clock that requires no action on her part.
Very helpful to address her short term memory and hearing issues. I had a problem logging into the app to connect to the smart clock but the issue was resolved with great customer service with a live agent.

Great Smart Clock functionality but can’t sign in to the App
Love the Smart Clock functionality to send Messages to my 95 year old mother. My issue however is signing into the app. It is requiring a verification code from the email associated with the app but the email is being delayed for hours making this process unusable. This defect just started over the past 24 hours. Prior to this the process had worked seamlessly. The emails are not in my spam folder. The email provider is Yahoo.

Une horloge très bien conçue et d’une grande utilité pour notre mère! Son premier regard se porte dessus lorsqu’elle se réveille ou qu’elle entre dans sa chambre. Je n’hésite pas à partager notre expérience avec notre entourage lorsqu’il cherche un solution pour leur proche âgée…. Entreprise très responsable qui nous a offert un excellent soutien lors de la transition de notre mère entre sa résidence et le CHSLD. Merci encore mille fois!!

Une appli qui change une vie
Grâce à cette application ma maman continue sa vie de manière autonome. Sans celle-ci il y a plus d’un an qu’elle serait en CHLSD.
