Helped me learn more
The Georgia O'Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe was on my bucket list, but I was disappointed by the minimal descriptions accompanying many of her iconic works. This app saved my visit. With a simple photo of each painting, Guide delivered rich details about O'Keeffe's techniques, inspirations, and personal history. Other visitors kept asking what I was listening to as I stood entranced before each painting! The audio quality was exceptional, and the narrator clearly had deep art history knowledge. Highly recommend for your next museum visit.

Lost in translation? Not me
Just returned from a 2-week trip across Morocco where Guide became my most important travel companion. Many historical sites and museums had descriptions only in French or Arabic, which would have left me completely lost. Instead, I took photos of monuments and architectural sites and Guide delivered their fascinating histories in perfect English. The audio narration was clear and comprehensive, covering details I would have completely missed. This app transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into a deeply enriching cultural journey. Guide single-handedly eliminated the language barrier that would have prevented me from truly appreciating Morocco's rich heritage.

Made London Come Alive
I just returned from a week in London and Guide was the best travel companion I could have asked for. As someone who hates being rushed through attractions but still wants to learn about what I'm seeing, this app was perfect.
The concept is simple. Take a photo of anything interesting and get an instant audio tour. What impressed me most was the versatility. One moment I was photographing Tower Bridge and listening to its engineering history, the next I was in the National Gallery pointing my phone at a Turner painting.
Being able to explore at my own pace made such a difference. I didn't need to keep up with tour groups or stick to a predetermined route. I could wander freely, following my curiosity. When I found something intriguing, Guide was ready with information right when I wanted it.
The recognition technology is remarkably accurate. I found the two-minute audio tours to be the perfect starting length, though I would like the option to go even deeper at times. Considering it replaced what would have been several expensive guided tours, this app was excellent value.
If you're visiting London or any other city, do yourself a favor and download Guide.
