Fabulous fun and easy app for bird lovers
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found birds very interesting and beautiful in their variety of shape, size, colour and sound. As a Muslim, it brings me a sense of awe toward the One who created such intricately and beautifully designed animals.
This app is fun and easy to use. I can collect the birds I’ve identified in a journal and it brings me so much joy to add a new bird, and to be able to put a name to the pretty birds I come across.
Also love the quizzes which test my bird knowledge.
Overall, this is a brilliant user-friendly app which will bring any bird lover much joy, particularly those who are just beginning their appreciation for these little creatures.

Beautiful fact finding
Being an oldie I love this app for sharing what’s going on in the bird world! Plus knowing there are some amazing birds local to me that I have never seen, so I have ordered some better binoculars to keep spotting my new little feathered freinds. Thank you to all at Identify Birds team.
Brilliant APP
We discovered this app only in the past month. We were instantly impressed with the app and accuracy of the recognition and all the options. It’s easy to upload a photo or record sounds etc. we like the features and ease of use . Our goal initially was for some family fun to see which birds were in our vicinity however we are hooked now and use it all the time to identify birds locally and to keep a log and track who’s coming close by be it in the garden or when we are out and about . Excellent app.

Hopelessly incapable
Red Kites and Robins are particularly easy to identify by their calls but this app didn’t have a clue. My friend’s Merlin was also beyond the app’s capabilities. It did correctly identify a wood pigeon but even a five year old can get that one right.

Great handy app
What a great handy app to keep on your phone. I turn this on during my little walks and while sitting in the garden. Great to be able to identify the birds I hear around me. Easy to use and very informative.

What a great app. Within minutes of using it I picked up several different bird species. I am learning new information everyday it’s fab.
Identify Birds
Great app that I downloaded quite a while ago but only recently started using regularly. There are loads of features but I love that you can identify nearby birds with just a touch of a button. Easy to use and really interesting information for a novice
