Useful for capturing and sharing ideas, highlighting issues and collaborating on initiatives; Notes can be used to Capture ideas, checklists, email messages, images, documents, videos etc. Notes in turn can be shared via shared workspaces in Ideolve or over over social networking apps, email, SMS etc. How Ideolve Works Capturing Ideas and Collaborating on the go Ideas captured on Ideolve App are automatically uploaded to the Ideolve cloud and available for use via the Ideolve Desktop WebApp. The Ideolve cloud also ensures the safe keep of your notes (should anything happen to your device). The Ideolve App home screen lists all your private and shared notes, ordered by the most recently updated. Sharing Notes uploaded to the Ideolve cloud are available for sharing with people on your workspace in Ideolve or with your network, using any channel of your choice. Use the Share feature to share notes via Ideolve workspaces, social media, email, SMS etc. Workspace on Ideolve To share a note with others on Ideolve, you need to be part of a Workspace (a network of people on Ideolve). To be part of a workspace, you can either accept invitations to be part of a Workspace Or Create a workspace yourself and invite people you wish to work with to join the workspace. Sharing notes over Ideolve Workspaces allows you to collaborate on them using comments that like note can contain text, images, documents, videos etc. Using workspace to share notes and collaborate on them ensures all your conversation around an idea, issue or initiative are in one place and shared with all concerned. @tags in comments and notes can be used to send notifications via app and email to draw attention of a person to it.
