Unable to map debit card to the corporate account. More than 3 months have passed, the bank's entire team is clueless.

What’s the usage of this app if customer can’t even login. Every time i try it’s stating connection not secure. Please use icici mobile app for once. We can’t run business under such user experience.

Connection not secure
Few months ago, I could access the net banking through the app. Now every time I try to log in, it says “Connection not secure”. I have tried it on mobile data, wifi also with vpn on and off. None of these works.
