Worthless ZERO STARS
I bought the IDiskk max to copy my files from my iPad Pro 3rd generation. When I got the disk, I wished I had gotten the app first because then I wouldn’t order the IDiskk max. Backup on the disk doesn’t show up to where you can use it, the only thing it might and I mean might copy is photos and music. The reason we ordered this was because of our older IPad the IDiskk pro WORKED WE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.This IDiskk max is a total nightmare and we are returning it.

So I bought this device to keep important files and videos, also to free space from my phone. It worked at the beginning, then, started to give me problems when plugging it; for a second I thought I lost all de data but then it opened again but it continues not uploading my files. I believe I’ve had lost them for sure!!

Simply does not work
I have iPhone 15 pro Max despite trying all fixes suggested online. It simply does not show up when plugged in and it doesn’t allow me to choose external drive when attempting to transfer my images. It would help if when you clicked App support that you were actually able to speak to the developers of this app, I am now having to return the storage device. Useless

It's doing the work but...
I've been using this device and app for quite some time and it's been doing the work. But for some reason copying files got EXTREMELY SLOW all of a sudden. Please fix it.

Bought this drive are ago and now the app doesn’t even work. Lost all my photos thank you very much!!! Suggest that if you bought this drive to take it back and don’t even bother putting it your phone. #1 problem is the photos once they’re on the drive will not transfer back to phone or anywhere else, so I thought ok well I’ll just plug it into phone whenever I need or want to look at any photos. Well then 2024 went to plug it into my phone and the app will not even open. Now I have lost close to 1,000 photos. Thanks to the maker of this cheap horrific product. I guess you get what you pay for…never again!!!!

N'apporte rien d'utile / Adds nothing useful
Annonce beaucoup de fonctions mais c'est un mensonge. Permet juste de copier des photos mais pas des documents. Donc elle fait BEAUCOUP MOINS qu'une clef USB normale. De plus, l'app plante tout le temps. Une catastrophe.

Momentan unbrauchbar
Leider findet sie App den Stick (iphone 15 Pro Max) nicht! Somit ist es nicht möglich mit der App zu arbeiten! Ich weiss nicht ob da noch was geändert wird ! So , Glatte 6! 1 Sternchen noch zu viel! Bitte nachbessern!

il dispositivo è molto comodo, ma da un mese a questa parte, quando provi a sfogliare le foto, crasha e si chiude subito da sola, correggete questo bug per favore.
Ständiger Absturz der App
Ich habe mir einen extra großen Speicher gekauft weil ich viele Bildern sichern wollte. Jetzt habe ich Rund 300 Bilder auf dem Stick und ständig stürzt mir die App beim angucken ab! Ich muss immer wieder die App neu öffnen. Besonders oft auf dem iPad. Außerdem springt die App beim erneuten öffnen weit zurück auf ein Bild und bleibt dort hängen. Woran liegt das? Der Stick scheint nicht schnell genug zu laden

Appli très limitée
J’exclue d’entrée la gestion des photos car pour cela j’utilise d’autres logiciels.
Par contre je considère la gestion des vidéos nulle car elle ne propose pas de choix pour les pistes audio et les sous-titres, sauf à passer par un lecteur tiers type VLC ou encore INFUSE qui feront le boulot..et encore faut-il savoir comment procéder car le tutoriel n’en fait état à aucun moment.
Mieux vaut encore une clé qui n’affiche que des fichiers plutôt qu’une appli qui impose je ne sais combien de manips pour arriver au même résultat.

Au delà d’un certain nombre de photos à sauvegarder, l’appli plante. A quand une mise à jour? Impossible de sauvegarder mes photos. Très décevant.
