Doesn’t Work
Response from developer
i'm sorry you weren't able to use the app at the time of purchase but I hope the following will make you try it again. It really is useful and with a recently included feature it now ranks divers in an event based on their total score. Once you are in the app, you'll notice three lines in the top left, this is the information bar. if you tap it, the app will expose four sections, "Meets", "Scores", "Info", and "Logout". When opening the app, the default is Meets since that's where you'll start. After adding your meet, event, and divers, and when you're ready to score, the next step is to tap the information bar (or swipe right) to expose the four sections again and select Scores. This will allow you to score the divers in your meet. Just select the meet, diver, the dive, and then input the scores. Repeat for each diver in the event if more than one and the app will calculate the score and diver position. I'd just like to point out that there is a check box to select which is important if scoring a diver under NFHS (high school) rules as opposed to FINA or USA Diving rules. There are two dives (204C and 304C) with different degrees of difficulty under high school rules. If you don't do this for a high school event and either of these two dives are performed, the result will not be correct. I also would like to point out that there is a website for iDive Score--the Dive Scoring App and it's idivescore.com. The website includes an FAQ page with responses to questions most users will have. Also, included in the page is a link to the complete user guide for iDive Score for either iOS or Android operating systems. It needs to be updated but the basic information has not changed. I hope you try the app again with this in mind and see how good it really is. Thanks for your support and contact me at paul.decaprio@gmail.com if you have any other issues or questions.
