Love the game
I love the game. I’ve never had children but this taught me a few things.
I honestly think birth defects should be added. I was born with pulmonary stenosis, so I would feel seen considering birth defects aren’t talked about enough. And neurological conditions like autism and adhd, ocd and depression, schizophrenia and narcolepsy.
Heterochromia, vitiligo, sometimes maybe even ambidextrous. Those are different, but it would make them unique in their own ways. They should also have their own personalities and experience different things.
Thats a lot, but those are possibilities that would make the game better and interesting because everyone’s a little different.

I spend like probably an hour and a half on this game PER DAY, i got it almost a week ago, and it still hasnt aged up past 2 months. The “cells” take so long to get, and then everytime you upgrade anything the number of cells you need to upgrade darts by MILLIONS making it basically impossible to age up even relatively quicker paced. Adding to that, once you get the upgrades they barely do anything, and even with upgrades the baby only progresses in age by days, not even weeks. It takes about 15 minutes to age up your baby by a day why would anyone want to play this when its gonna take till im 90 to make the baby grow till 9 months its crazy.

It’s decent for the type of “game” it is.
The baby is kinda… boring. There’s no interactions. Like it’s a touch screen right? Why can’t we tickle the baby? Diaper changing mini game? Bathing? Feeding the baby with a spoon. And the eyes, they’re dull dolls eyes.

Way too boring. The baby takes forever to grow and you have to watch way too many commercials for the baby to get bigger. I’ve deleted mine.
Very slow
Good, but it takes a few hours/days to fully grow your baby. I hate how it takes so long, but I definitely recommend for people who are very patient

I installed the app thinking it is going to be a blast. Then we paid for unlimited nutrition and accidentally uninstalled it. I reinstalled it and over and over again I teased restore purchases but I never got my purchase back!! Pls change this!!

Ridiculously long
At the rate you go without purchasing anything, it’ll actually take 9 months to have the baby! The concept is fun, but it’s either spend money to make the baby quickly, or make one click per day for 9 months real time until the baby is born. Wish it didn’t take so long, it would have been fun.
