the game is fine until i got an error ànd the game crashed and 3 emails ànd support hasn’t even bothered to send me a message back. i want a refund !

The whole idea of it is great, just a little too basic. But you quickly get to the point where you get like an add / minute. It’s just SO ANNOYING. And it really doesn’t have enough content. But overall, not bad, it’s just not a long term game.
Why?
I deleted the game because it was kinda boring but now whenever I try to redownload it the game kicks me
