Having Trouble

I love this game but it won’t let me watch any ads to earn rewards. So I paid for no ads and still can’t get my rewards.

About required staff and other things...

Staffing and other in-app purchases should be FREE! It's hard to advance within the game without making in-app purchases! I've played similar games, all the features were FREE! And I was able to advance without that kind of hassle! Very disappointed! 😩🥵
