Game keeps restarting. No way to save progress so every time gotta start back at level 1
Takes forever and deletes info
It doesn’t remove ads after purchase, takes forever to level things up, and the app tends to put back to the beginning, took ages for me to get the items to level up, only to have to start from scratch

I think the creators are deleting my review. App keeps restarting like you get to a certain level goes back to level one. I can’t restore my purchases or bring back my initial game play it restarted three times and can’t bring my purchases. This is bad and a poor gameplay and hardly and updates

Can’t restore purchases
Game crashed and had to re-install and restore purchases button does nothing!! Paid for manager for 6 hours (a second time) and when I log back in I get nothing.

Do not pay to remove ads, they take your money but the ads still come.
Don’t buy in-app purch!
I bought the in-app purchase for no ads and it didn’t work! I still have a ton of ads. Will be asking for a refund and deleting app. Sad, it was fun for a min.

READ THIS NOW! Where can I start? Let’s start by saying it’s just straight up AMAZING! There is barely any ads! Maybe like one every 15 minutes! I never get tired of this! I hate games that do everything for you and point the finger to what to do but they end up doing it for you anyway, this game does NOT! Someone just says something like run the airport or something but after that it’s just amazing it lets you do it yourself no help, no talking! I have so much customers and it’s just a great app! Download this, you won’t regret it!

I paid to remove adverts but they still play???
Cool game but...
It’s a cool game but it would be better if there were like new worlds. Like you have to fine 500 people before you can unlock another airport. Otherwise it’s just repetitive and gets boring
Ok but...
I’ve just started this game and only when the investigation room is full they go on plane but nobody else goes to the plane. Although it is a good game

I paid £5.99 to get rid of the adverts and nothing has changed. Would like a refund please!
Good Idea, but needs work
I like the ease of playing this idle game, but there are a couple areas for improvement.
I paid for the no ads, but I still have to watch ads when I want to double the money or level up. This is annoying because it is what I thought I was paying to remove. Other games have a flat fee to pay to remove ALL ads. I felt like this was misleading to me.
I also wish there was a way to get crystals with paying for them. I see that some of the passengers have crystals above their head. Perhaps, if we can detect those particular passengers, we get a crystal?
Lastly, I have no idea what the count of handcuffs or justice scales is for. Does it have importance? What data do I get from that?
