Lost my phone progress and now the game won’t load
I spent a decent amount on this game. Now the Gabe won’t load at all. Such a shame because I liked the game quite a bit.

Health Issue
I was almost at the end town on the old version of the game then they did a major update. This new version isn’t bad, but I still have the same issue with Health and it’s honestly worse now. I’m stuck on town 2 because it says my health is low and won’t let me get any mages graduated. BUT ALL MY HEALTH UPGRADES ARE MAXED FOR TUTOR 3 STARS!!! YOU MUST FIX THIS ISSUSE

Not Happy
I started playing the game before they decided to make everyone start over. At this point, I put in about $75 into the game. I got to the point where I was going to the 4th area. The game froze up. I reinstalled it and my purchases were gone. I lost a lot of great characters. I messaged them about it and they gave me the run around. So I got a refund of my purchases. Once the new update came out the game installed and started working again. I didn’t get any of the items they promised for restarting the game, except for 1000 gems. Now today, I tried to play and it gets stuck at the update screen. I don’t dare uninstall it cause I was willing to give them a second chance and spend more money with them. Now they don’t even respond to my messages I send them. I feel like they are open to take your money, but not have a stable game and care about their customers. Besides the fact that I lost some of the best hero’s. Now I can’t even play again. Time for another refund. Unless they fix the issue

Very funny but I need iCloud!

Slight bug
Great game, slight bug when you go to fight the waves. The next level doesn’t pop up like before the update. The game acts like you are fighting the previous wave again but when you complete it counts as the next wave and gives you the awards.
App is malfunctioning.
Game will not let you complete daily quests. The game will not let you acquire the heroes that you have the tokens for. Devs need to seriously update the game.
Fun game, scammy devs for the dumbest thing
I’m quitting because the daily I’ve been collecting had multiple upgrades for the catgirl character and 30 special rolls on the last day. And yet when I logged on today you guys swap it to a totally mediocre version just to have me collect 10 purple basic rolls.
The catgirl upgrades are replaced with basic materials to make it seem like the daily login has been mediocre from the start.
I’m so mad I have no screenshot because who would think a game would scam you of your DAILY LOGIN?
Obviously you can’t blame my memory because where did all my character upgrades from the real login come from???
And I was literally waiting for the 30 pull to see if I quit your game or not since we literally do not have enough professors to work at the SECOND school.
The second school isn’t even that far into the game.
I’ve been playing for just a week.
The purple rolls will not help at all because I have all the purple profs.

Unplayable
The fact that you made the game unplayable after a certain point without paying to play. Shows that your team is nothing but money grubbing buffoons. The game was enjoyable, until it got to the point you literally can’t upgrade without spending money. Be stuck on one stage for weeks because you can’t get enough to upgrade your mages without spending money. In conclusion I’ve lost all faith in humanity with the gaming community putting out good product without spending money to play. Pay your play should be punishable by life in prison.

Loading issue
I was enjoying the game and when I made it to the 4th area the game stopped loading
Was enjoying, but game lies about log in reward.
Do not believe the 7 day log in reward of 30 advanced recruitments. Was looking at that all week looking forward to it cause I don’t have anywhere near enough professors for classrooms, when it actually gave me day 7, its 10 summons of the low grade. They even changed the icon AFTER you get it, meaning the devs know about it, and they are just lieing to you. I don’t let normal humans lie to me and still associate with them, I’m certainly not letting my software do it. Immediate uninstall.

Inventory Issue
Great game. The only issue is that once you enter the inventory screen there is no exit. You have to leave the game and reload.
Radiant City (Don't have Magic Theory Department)
I just made it to the Radiant City and I built one of the classrooms that said I needed a Professor Magic Theory Department Required but I don't know if it's a New Professor or if it is a professor with a Leaf Clover that I don't have I need help with this or do I just have to wait for an update or I don't know I enjoyed playing this game I do hope there's more than just the Radiant City

Can’t upgrade
Got stuck on 2nd map, can’t upgrade on the building

Had potential but so many bugs, and its getting worse with every update just becoming unplayable…
Very buggy
Very buggy. Can’t click correctly during tutorial so you can’t even complete the tutorial. Tried restarting multiple times. Not recommended unless bugs are fixed.
Does not fit??!
I downloaded the game and it was going alright but the menu’s that pop up to tell you what you got or to advance you to the next stage is way too big it fit on my tablet screen, I can not touch the button to advance me forward. Could you please fix it so I can enjoy the game more.
Screen Cut Off
Seemed like a good game to begin with… but half the screen cuts off when opening screens within the game. Can’t level up etc. to continue playing. Reached out for support with no response. Impossible to continue playing.
Broken on iPads
Can’t rank up on iPads the screen is not scaled properly so you can’t progress
Annoying
I tried to play this but it doesn’t fit on my screen. The buttons I need to tap isn’t on the screen so I’m stuck right at the beginning.
