Awesome but bugged
I absolutely love this game! However, since about a week ago, I’ve been unable to log into the game at all, both offline and online. The game won’t go past the startup screen and just doesn’t load. It makes me super sad because this is one of the only games I actually enjoy playing and I want it fixed

Doesn’t work anymore
I loved this game but I had uninstalled it for a while and when I decided to reinstall it again, it freezes right at the beginning and you can play the game anymore

What happened to the sound of the game?! I really like this game and now I can’t even save my progress.. I got so sad when I reinstalled because I had to restart but I don’t mind because it’s fun but now I’d rather listen to the game and safe my game .. please fix this problem I just love this one

ついさきほどまでドハマリして楽しんでいたのに、急に初期化されてしまった。これまでのイベントで得たメダルもカードも、今開催中のイベントの記録も全てリセット。ハマっちゃったものは仕方ないのでまた一からこつこつ楽しみますがこれは酷いです…。

Amazing game!
I really love fire trucks so this is a definite win win! I love this game so so much there is not a lot of ads and there is so much to do! I love unlocking new areas and having a lot of workers. I do just wish that the missions had a different theme and maybe harder quests.. I love fire trucks so much and I love how many of them you can have it makes me happy to play this game either way it’s so amazing. Also I wish the music would just stay on.

То что нет русского языка,это ладно.Но вся игра состоит в том,что уже в первые 5 минут игры тебе приходится мониторить карту( и это твой доп заработок),это так изматывает,что становится неинтересно.Сделали бы хотя бы выплывающую плашку,что где-то что-то горит/спасти кота и тд.Когда приходится всю игру чисто высматривать,становится скучно

Kein Support und kein Update
Habe das Spiel jetzt seit langer Zeit. Habe mich sogar entschieden es zu kaufen. Leider ist nach drei Welten Schluss und es steht nur das bald eine neue Stadt zu Verfügung steht. Leider ist dies jetzt seit knapp zwei Jahren so und der Support meldet sich auch nicht zurück. Von meiner Seite aus absolut keine Empfehlung

As update, yes I’m in contact with you with your supplied email, and there is little coming forward to save my massive losses, I’ve been passed from person to person and each asks the same questions, I still await a reasonable resolution to your game crashing and taking a lot of my money with it —— Great game, DO NOT USE R/L MONEY THOUGH, crashes as you’ve built on your money useage, and you can’t reload to save the R/L loss, DO NOT USE YOUR MONEY HERE.
