Missions were designed by a jerk
The game has tasking structure similar to “adventure communist” but has poor advancement. There is zero reason to have five “upgrade cards” or “spend upgrade points” missions back to back to back to back to back. Other than to give me a big middle finger. Greedy. I wish life had more to offer so that I did not feel compelled to waste away playing this derivative drivel.

Why would you make things that cost exorbitant amounts of gems without a confirmation button? THREE times now I’ve lost my gems trying to scroll down and accidentally touched a captain. There goes my gems and I have asked several times for a refund and have no received one.
I love this game but that is incredibly ridiculous and I will no longer be making in-app purchases until my gems are returned to me.

That doesn’t make you pay real money to progress through the game I mean they let you progress to episode 4 or 6 really quick but then after 6 your game is done because the stupid shipping can’t freakin keep up with the docks or boats and it costs too much to upgrade it and then you won’t give us any freakin oysters to upgrade our cards so idle games are no fun I mean we have to stay off the game for days but even then you only get a few coins for that and also wish this game actually played on tablets

Don’t buy ad free
Once I bought ad free no more chests spawn in the water so it’s a pointless purchase.
Stolen money
I love this game until the last few days on the new event every time I make a purchase it says it was completed then the game turns off. My card has been charged but when I open the game back my purchase did not take effect. Unfortunately I’ve played this game for almost a year now and about to delete it and find another game to play because of this. Please refund the money that has been lost in this glitch.

Love playing this game, so fun. However, about every 2 weeks or so, I have issues getting the app to load, like right now. Can’t get it to open at all currently. Need to fix this bug please.
Stuck 😑
I’ve been stuck on one level for over 2 months or so. The goals to move on to next level are so unachieveable I stopped playing the main game. I love the events (even when I use gems and not get the correct amount of $$ doing the skip time). Of course when I reach out to support, the event is over and I can’t provide them with more info/pictures.
My other issue is being stuck on the loading page. It has stayed on the page with barely 5% loaded for a couple hours. I’ve tried restarting my phone, closing the game entirely, and even turning off my WiFi and nothing.
