when i “ cashed in” i thought i was just trading gold for money but no i lost everything. and also just a bad quality game

What is with all the duplicate pieces

To progress the game you have to collect recipe books with pieces of new food trucks and new levels of trucks. 60-70% of them are duplicate pieces. Why are there even duplicate pieces at all. It is frustrating!
