Excellent game

Brilliant, love the new update, much more realistic

Update helps

The new update has really changed the game, before ads wouldn’t always give rewards without restarting the game but that is fixed, and it feels more realistic, with larger score lines between a strong and weak team as before it was usually 1-0

Fun but ad’s broken

Game is fun and has enough strategy around player development to be more than just a mindless idle game. However the ad rewards are broken. On selecting a boost and watching the full ads, screen shows reward granted message, but no in game reward given. Does not halt progression, but stops any potential boost to help speed up.

W game

Finally a football idle game where I can become a global giant in the 7th tier of English football (joking about the bug lol 9/10 game but maybe make it harder to gain reputation)

Extra Edit: Also maybe make it harder to progress? It’s feeling like every league is just a cake walk up to this point, oh and as an extra (very nit-picky and honestly I don’t mind too much) bug the FA Vase doesn’t extend to the 8th Tier (I was in it as an 8th tier side and won it)

Haha, thanks for the review! The global reputation in the lower leagues definitely wasn’t intentional 😂 That should now be fixed, and I’m also looking at making reputation a bit harder to earn so progression feels more balanced. Glad you’re enjoying it!

The game is good but is you watch ads for rewards you don’t get the rewards it’s a waste of time

Thanks so much for the review. I agree it was frustrating and was desperate to get the new update out that fixed these issues. I am happy to say that the new update has fixed this! So please update the app and let me know if this has been resolved.

Bug or intentional ?

Game is cool and entertaining and all of that but no idea why im not getting the 5 tokens im supposed to be getting after watcching the ads, watched ATLEAST 15 ADS since last night and havent recieved one game token.

Thanks for flagging this, and sorry you’ve watched so many ads without getting the tokens. I’ve fixed the issue in the next update, which is currently waiting for review. Once it’s approved and live, the 5 tokens should be added properly after watching an ad.

Bugs?

Good game so far but when I watch ads to replenish the matches available I never receive the rewards. Don’t really want to pay for full version until I try it properly, but feel I am wasting time watching ads with no reward

Hi, Thanks so much for the review! The new release which is due any day will fix these annoying bugs where sometimes rewards are not received.

Ads are bugged

The game is pretty good my only problem is the ads are bugged I watch the ads it says reward ready I press the x and don’t get the reward if you guys could fix that I’d probably make it a 4 to 5 star

Broken

The games broken. Finished first season got the season done pop up and then the fane wont let me continue. Not a good first impression

Sorry to hear that, and thanks for letting us know! That sounds like it might be from an older version, we've made several fixes since then including around season transitions. If you update to the latest version it should be resolved, but if you're still stuck after updating, feel free to email us at idlefootballclubgame@gmail.com with your iPhone model and iOS version so we can pin down exactly what happened. We'd love the chance to change that first impression!
