Not receiving what I bought

I bought the nuclear bomb and I did not receive it also bought the +1500 time warp with 200 diamonds and did not receive it either I want a refund because it took it out my bank account.

Overuse of ads and too slow to unlock items and upgrades yet it has a great idea that could be done exponentially better.

Paid for no ads, still getting tons.

Paid for no ads in this game. still can’t claim things without ads, get random video ads, and constant banner ads. Tried resetting the game after the purchase a few times and it doesn’t help.
