The devs hav no respect for the players
Kinda mid but not bad but it really sucks when I choose not to watch an optional add for a bonus and then I am forced to watch an add anyway and to top it off I don’t get any kind of bonus. It sucks and feels really unfair to the point where you don’t care about your players. I’d recommend that you avoid spending money on this game because they clearly have no interest in respecting the player.

Best relaxing game ever
When I saw this game I didn’t think much of it until I got it and it is so fun but getting the Landry room in the start is hard!:)
Free Version is not good.
Claims to be an "idle" game but the idle gains only count for the first hour unless you pay. The moment you start to feel like you're making some progress and your hospital seems livable, it forces you to start from scratch with a new hospital and you can't revisit the old one (even tho the old one still had plenty left to upgrade). Not many ads when you first start but as soon as you make a little progress, the ads become almost constant. The elements of psychiatry or mental illness are based on stereotypes and have basically no influence on gameplay.

Too many ads
This game is good. I don’t mind the grind to get money to update things. But there are SO MANY ADS. You can’t play for 2 minutes without being interrupted by an ad. Ads + the hard grind = not a fun game.
Not enough levels
Love the game as down time but have upgraded everything in last hospital and nothing else to do. When will new levels be added to the game. Seems like such a waste if you can’t do anything but watch a screen

The overall game is pretty good. I really like the games artwork however the amount of ads are absolutely insane as soon as i open the app im given an ad what is up with every game being absolutely loaded with ads now

I agree with pretty much everyone else. Everything cause waaaayyy too much money after the second level. The patients someone won’t get fed even though you have plenty of staff and resources. I’m ok with the money not transferring because I like a challenge, but I would like to be able to go back to a hospital anytime I want.
The MOST frustrating thing for me is the last level. They added a pottery and bakery, BUT IT DOES NOTHING!! It doesn’t even add to your profits. There is no time built in to use the room, so you just spend millions of dollars (and money is tight in this game already) on a room that literally doesn’t do anything. Overall, at this time, I would say this game is a waste of everyone’s time and potential real life money.

Buggy with Cash Income
Overall a decent game. I hate how off my profit margin is though. Currently I make $129. But when I use the “2x”, it sends me to $850. This makes no sense, and makes it impossible to play without watching more ads than the forced ones. Not overwhelming with forced ads, but when I have to watch 45-60 seconds every 5 minutes it doesn’t make it any different from any other idle game.

Too many ads, basically feels like I'm watching ads the whole time I'm playing
There's too many bugs still. For example whenever I upgrade things in the kitchen the only thing that reduces cook time is the stove. All other "upgrades" claim to reduce cook time but actually don't.
