Came back to play after a year maybe and went to collect time away and a bunch of rewards pop up to make game easier go to try to collect and can’t because I have to roll the screen up and hold but can’t press the button

At the start it asks for your age and I did put my age but it showed that all put ages under 16 weren’t allowed and I really wanted to play this game. Fix it for 5 stars.
