How do I get to level 2?

Game gets stuck
The game is pretty fun until you collect an artifact piece and go to take it to its exhibit and the exhibit won’t take it. The piece stays stuck in the back pack and you can’t move on. I deleted the game and downloaded it again and that worked. Then it happened again with a different piece.
