Why?
Why is the third location marked as “stay tuned” at 2000 people points. But the 4th location is unlocked if you have 3000 people points. This is a broken part of the game and I can no longer progress because of it.

No way to get to Island Beach. Please make update soon!
I wished I had read some of the comments here about no way to advance after you had done all update and maxed out everything you still can get to 2000 construction point to advance to Island Beach. I regret I paid to remove at and now I’m stuck like other players who warned us about the issue here.

Don’t bother with this game.
I was really enjoying this game until I reached the Nordic Snow Country level. After completing all the tasks and maxing out all upgrades, I’m unable to advance because I don’t have enough construction value. There is no guidance or help as to how I can increase my construction value, which is currently at 61%. I’m sorry I even started this game. It was fun while it lasted.

O jogo é muito bom, gasto muito tempo nele, mas infelizmente travou o valor da construção no segundo shopping no qual já está tudo no nível máximo e não aumenta o valor de construção mais, lamentável. Preciso de 2000 mas está parado em 1.239
