Zero customer service - impossible to reach or deliberately useless to avoid responsibility if they are reached. Avoid!
Worst internet provider
Don’t ever think of subscribing to idm services it’s the absolute worst. I tried multiple plans, all are so bad. Ogero is definitely better. Waste of money and time.

Could you please provide the monthly data consumption details, including the total usage for the month as well as a breakdown of daily data consumption?

My name is salpy tutunjian. You encouraged me to get the IDM fiber optic saying best connection and service.
I have been out of service and no internet for 6 days. I called wvery single day complaining and they said the technicians are off till tuesday. When you are dealing with internet, u cant cut off people from their service and i had work to do via internet ! Im extremely dissappointed from your service and i want to stop it! Im done with you and your company. I want redemption for the past six days with no service and cut off. I will never recommend anyone with your service

Inconsistent SMS ONLY login
The new and improved IDM app will log you out of the app every so often, for “security” supposedly, however having to login by them sending an SMS code to your phone is infuriating, you do HAVE a username and password that are utterly useless now, because the app will NEVER ask for them. Better have a cellphone nearby every time the app logs you out, and it’s gonna happen often, surprising you. Just go to their website, it’s just SOOO much more practical, because there you can USE the USERNANE and PASSWORD you have to know the status of your accounts, NOT, an SMS code. Thanks a LOT IDM

Solid app
The IDM app works great for me, useful, and no bugs that aren’t dealt with reasonably timely by the devs, using an iPhone myself I’d REALLY like to see an iOS 14 style widget for my accounts usage, still very relevant even with the way Apple is limiting those widgets , it doesn’t HAVE to be real time after all

You can get it if you wanna torture your kids. The wifi is trash. Again i would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS.
