Upgrade to compatible mode error

I am using this software with a Dahua 3216 NVR. This software no longer works with the last update. I get a error message that says “upgrade device or enable compatible mode”

the absolute worst

i have NEVER used worse dvr software EVER. dahua’s camera’s are the worst as well (i have sony and axis too). their dvr software has NO REVERSE. you can’t REWIND! and that is just the start...
