Wie für mich gemacht
Jahrelang habe ich mit einer erstellten Excel-Tabelle gearbeitet und gute Erfahrungen damit gemacht. Nachdem ich verschiedene Apps getestet hatte, fiel mir iDoceo in die Hände. Schnell stellte ich fest, dass meine selbst erstellte Tabelle durch iDoceo abgebildet und sogar erweitert werden konnte. Mittlerweile arbeite ich ausschließlich mit dieser App und dokumentiere Leistungsstände der Schülerinnen und Schüler, dokumentiere Plakate, Referate und praktische Ergebnisse im Fach Technik. Im Fach Deutsch pflege ich Bewertungsbögen der KAs ein und im Fach Biologie dokumentiere ich Experimente. Durch die Synchronisation von Handy, iPad und MacBook habe ich immer alle Ergebnisse zur Hand und kann jederzeit den Schülerinnen und Schülern sowie den Eltern aktuelle Leistungsstände mitteilen. Diese App ist genau das, was ich brauchte!

Great Planner
I have used this planner for many years and have never regretted having it. IDoceo is a great planner very customizable and flexible. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a way to stay organized in planning and record keeping.
Outstanding for Music teachers
I really could be a sales person for this application b/c after 35 years of teaching elementary music (700 students a week) it has given me the ability to truly document my student progress and get to know them (ie: notes and pictures). I have seating charts as well as seating plans for center work. LOVE THIS APP

Easy Setup
If you are computer literate, the setup of grade books isn’t too difficult and is quick and easy. Within half a day, I had set up several classes of information and set up pending assignments. The ease of see all the grades in an organized way has put the burden of grading away!

NOT FOR PRIMARY TEACHERS
This is a wonderful wonderful resource - for high school or uni teachers! If I was a high school/university teacher with many different classes and students, this would be opportune. I was hoping for something more like a ‘Planbook’ app, but this is not that!

Took a day to get my head around the platform, BUT WORTHWHILE. No pain no gain! NEXT LEVEL UP teacher data support to make informed decisions, assessments, classroom management. I REALLY REALLY loved the effective data transfer from one platform to another such as importing rubrics, class lists and many more. Loved the emoji links, and other classroom collaborative learning tools integrated Apps. It will require your time to enter your classroom data (however just need to import your files I.e word rubric, cvs class lists etc). Short term pain for long term gain.

Indispensable
Cela fait des années que j'utilise Idoceo pour la gestion de mes cours d'EPS : appel, cahier de textes, évaluations. Cela prend un peu de temps de pousser les possibilités pour utiliser efficacement l'application mais ça vaut vraiment le coup !
J'aimerais simplement plus d'options de mise en forme du texte dans l'agenda, comme les quelques couleur de texte qui ne sont pas accessibles sur mobile.

Disappointing
I was so looking forward to using an intuitive tool but found the opposite unfortunately. Setting up the two-week cycle was difficult and I wasn’t able to see my week with all planned lessons on a page. Nice and colourful and well laid out though.

It WAS a great app... Not sure what happened
I am super dissapointed. This app work great for me for the first few weeks of school. I then swicthed job's which lead to me needing to erase all data on my Idoceo and now it hasn't been the same... I am not able to sync with my other devices, it continously glitches and shows old data... I miss when it was good.
