Nefunkční ativace jízdenky

Zakoupila jsem si jízdenku s aktivací Ihned. Jízdenka se zobrazovala jako neaktivní. Ruční aktivace nešla, objevovala se hláška Nelze aktivovat. Zakoupila jsem druhou a stejný problém. Nakonec jsem musela koupit jízdenku na webu ČD, abych nedostala pokutu. Možnost vrácení jízdenky a peněz samozřejmě nikde není. Dnešní jízda se fakt vyplatila. Děkuji pěkně, příští týden nakoupím zas.
