Keeps crashing
When I have the app for long, it crashes. And I have to reinstall the app to fix it and the cycle begins again. Can you fix this please?
Need more functions, and the app doesn’t work after I update the version
In this app, there is no plain white text on black background clock face, and you can’t mix text scrolling with animations and static photos.
Not working on iPad OS 26. Missing delete functions
Now not working on iPad OS 26. Opens with animation frozen then closes after a few seconds.
On iPad Air and iPhone 16 it works but anything saved is gone next time the app is opened. Last update broke a few things.
Formatting messes up on iPad OS 26 and none of the icons open anything. Some will cause a crash. Lost a lot of work and back to my Iphone for now. A lot of fun but no way to delete unwanted saved graffiti

Kinda jankey
It is good but I had some software issues, it’s hard to make an animation and you can’t look up anything in the animations or images
Glitchy and limited in ability to import content - especially animation
Basically it works but is very difficult to understand or to achieve consistency with. Certain operations (program) appear to be able to be set up, or alarms scheduled but any understanding about how they work or dependence on them working is not advised. It seems to only work when open and in some basic ways, anything extra is unpredictable. Ultimately I gave up trying to do anything that I bought the device for. It’s too frustrating to waste time setting it up and then have it crash or erase my work.

Used to be cool, no longer connects
This was very neat for a couple of months, now it will not connect and only the clock function works. I’ve uninstalled, unplugged… nothing works.

Need lot of fixes
1. Creating graffiti is hustle : you can not pick previous color
2. No IPad support. No full screen and overlapped button. It’s way easier to draw graphics on iPad.
3. No easy to way to set up images.

The app is actually okay the main thing that sucks for me is I was hoping that you could link multiple devices at once but unfortunately not

I accidentally deleted my hard work and didn’t save it. There should be another was to restore your work once you accidentally delete your work.
Importing pixel art
I noticed that when Importing pixel art to the app that the quality of the image is worse than the source image. Is there a way to fix this? Overall a nice app, but will change my rating if the image quality for importing is better.
Really cool, but needs some bug fixes/new tools
Ok so first off, I’ve only had this 16x16 board for less than a day, and it’s really cool! BUT! In my opinion the app is a bit limited, and I’ve noticed a few things that could be fixed/added/changed:
1. A color picker or eye dropper tool so you can choose a specific color you already used before. The 6 main colors plus white are already saved, but if you wanted to use dark green or cyan or a different shade of an existing color you have to do it all in one go and never change that color because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to find that exact color again. A tool to select a previously used color or the ability to save custom colors would be amazing.
2. A bug I’ve noticed is that the undo button sometimes doesn’t undo quickly enough (it freezes and looks like nothing happened) so I keep tapping the undo button and accidentally make the whole picture disappear. Then when I bring the picture back I can’t make any edits at all and have to close and reopen the app, which is kind of annoying, ESPECIALLY if you forget to save your progress.
3. All the text boxes that pop up for literally everything you do have no spaces between the words, and I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s a translation error or a coding bug? I don’t know, I can read most of it just fine, but it IS strange…
Again, these are minor issues, but I’ve already started to notice these problems and I’ve only had the app for less than a day (as of writing this review). But like I said, this is SUPER cool for creating your own art and animations to display, so good job to the developers for making this! It just needs a little adjustment here and there to be REALLY perfect! I might even look into getting more of these if there are any larger board sizes…

Great potential but updates should add more features and basic controls to make this display useful.
The construction/build quality and the overall concept of this pixel display are pretty amazing but the app has some significant and limiting flaws which really make the display not useful for more than a couple of days. I would like to reach the developers for support questions and fix suggestions but I also can’t find a way. Firstly, I think the newer version of the app does not allow users to do a very basic thing, change the color of the Date screen. If that alone were fixed, I would give this app at least one more star because now I’m stuck with a date screen that has a really strange color combination that looks bad with my clock screen. The clock options are very limited and very specific or overly busy for my taste. Most of them use a lot of color which uses a lot more wattage of energy. The Christmas clock has lower energy consumption because it has a black background, however, it’s not usable for the rest of the year! The hourglass also has a black background but does not make sense because hourglasses are the international symbol of a countdown timer not a clock! Lol. There is no way to control the timing of either screen (the Date or time clock as well as the Text or pics/animations).
This display could be so cool with some other minor changes that would make pictures and animations displaying on the Schedule screen easier to set up, as well as actually visible/enjoyable after they are scheduled.
Currently, you do all this overly difficult work to make a timed schedule of cool images and animations (it is very difficult to edit or add new times) only to discover that your images show up for just a couple of seconds and never return in your rotation of screens (!) so you never see them unless you stand by and stare at the screen without blinking all day! Lol. If you set an alert buzz to see them you have no way of turning off the buzzer for nighttime changes. So yeah, your dreams of seeing rotation cool pixel animations on a cool screen are quickly squashed in less than of couple of hours learning how this thing works.
I have more thoughts/notes that could make this app better to the point I would buy these displays for friends and family and if I hear back from the devs or see some of these basic fixes, I will update my review. Currently, my six-year-old niece got a little bored with the display in a day so I’ll just hope for updates (or for a third party to come out with a diy alternative firmware/app) in the meantime.

Your app is probably the most confusing app I’ve ever used! There are soooo many things. Put the send button on viable page. Redesign the MyMaterial and cloud material galleries, functionality is so confusing. This app has billion percent potential. The capabilities that it looks like it has it could be awesome but it’s so confusing. Please fix it.
